1. Satisfaction guarantee

We understand that finding the right supplement is a personal journey. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee so you can try our products with confidence.
If you're not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked.
2. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase date
- Product condition: Bottle must contain at least 50% of original content
- Packaging: Label must be intact and legible
- Eligible products: Full supplement bottles only (samples and individual servings are not eligible)
3. How to return a product
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@mypurpurex.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 3: Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Step 4: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4. Shipping costs for returns
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Trackable shipping recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
5. Refund processing
Timeline
- Inspection of returned item: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund approval notification: Within 24 hours of inspection
- Refund to original payment method: 5–10 business days after approval
Refund method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial refunds
If the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., less than 50% content remaining, damaged label), we may offer a partial refund or deny the refund. You will be notified of the decision.
6. Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Individual servings or samples
- Products returned after 30 days from purchase date
- Products that are empty or contain less than 50% of original content
- Products with removed, damaged, or illegible labels
- Products not purchased directly from MyPurpurex.com
7. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@mypurpurex.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue
We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include:
- Full replacement at no additional cost
- Full refund to your original payment method
Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Subscription orders, refunds and cancellation
If you are subscribed to a recurring order, the following applies.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancel online at Website→ My account → Subscriptions → Cancel subscription
No phone call is required to cancel. Cancellation is processed immediately online.
You will receive an email confirmation when your subscription is cancelled.
Refunds for subscription orders
- If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for future shipments.
- If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, that shipment is subject to our standard return policy (30-day satisfaction guarantee).
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
Already shipped orders
If your subscription order has already shipped at the time of cancellation:
- You may return the product under our standard return policy for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:
- Return your original product for a refund (subject to this policy).
- Place a new order for the product you prefer.
10. Order cancellation (before shipment)
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@mypurpurex.com.
- If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy once received.
11. Policy changes
We reserve the right to update this return & refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
