1. Satisfaction guarantee

We understand that finding the right supplement is a personal journey. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee so you can try our products with confidence.

If you're not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked.

2. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase date
  • Product condition: Bottle must contain at least 50% of original content
  • Packaging: Label must be intact and legible
  • Eligible products: Full supplement bottles only (samples and individual servings are not eligible)

3. How to return a product

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@mypurpurex.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 3: Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Step 4: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return: opened products with less than 50% remaining, products purchased more than 30 days ago, and items not in their original condition due to customer handling.

7. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@mypurpurex.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Order cancellation (before shipment)

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@mypurpurex.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
